What is Zenk?
Zenk is a set of trading tools designed to help you manage risk and follow the trading rules you already believe in. Your subscription includes Zenk Risk and Zenk Guard.
Does Zenk provide trade signals or tell me when to buy and sell?
No. Zenk does not generate entries, exits, or trading signals. It helps you manage risk and stay committed to your own trading plan.
Can I subscribe to Zenk Risk or Zenk Guard separately?
No. Both products are included in one Zenk subscription.
Do I need to be an experienced trader to use Zenk?
No, but Zenk is not a trading course or a strategy. It is built for traders who already have rules they want to follow more consistently.

Is Zenk a subscription or a one-time purchase?
Zenk is a monthly subscription for $19.99 USD per month. There is no free trial.
What is included with my subscription?
Your subscription includes Zenk Risk, Zenk Guard, and support. All updates are included while your subscription is active.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You can manage or cancel your subscription from My Account. After cancelling, you keep access until the end of your current paid billing period.
Are updates included?
Yes. Every update is included while your subscription is active. You'll receive an email when a new version is available and can download it from Getting Started or My Account.
What does Founding Member pricing mean?
Founding Members keep the $19.99 USD monthly price for as long as their subscription remains active.
How are payments processed?
Payments are processed by a third-party payment provider.
Platforms
Which trading platforms does Zenk support?
Zenk currently works natively inside ATAS on Windows.
Does Zenk support NinjaTrader, TradingView, or other platforms?
Not currently. Zenk supports ATAS on Windows only. We won't promise support for another platform before it is ready.
How many computers can I use Zenk on?
Your Zenk subscription is for one trader and can be used on one computer.
Getting Started
How do I install Zenk?
After you subscribe, your account is created automatically and you'll receive a link to the Getting Started page. There you'll find both downloads and a step-by-step installation guide with screenshots.
Where can I download Zenk?
You can download Zenk Risk and Zenk Guard from the Getting Started page. You can also re-download the latest versions anytime from My Account while your license is active.
Do I need to install a separate application?
No. Zenk Risk and Zenk Guard run natively inside ATAS on Windows.
How does license activation work?
After purchase, your licence key appears in your Zenk account. Paste it into Zenk Risk or Zenk Guard once to activate your computer. Future launches use the saved signed licence and refresh it quietly in the background.
